On the shores of Lake Garda, surrounded by the nature, we find an old cottage apparently like many others, but it actually hosts one of the best restaurants in the area. La Dersena is a place characterized by a minimal and at the same time elegant design, it offers simple and natural dishes; the menu is conceived and developed by the chef Matteo Felter, who has been able to revisit so well the typical cuisine of the place, however, without depriving it of the tradition. The pasta is in fact still homemade and the toppings are often the result of local crops, and this gives to every single dish even more importance. Hospitality and service are very important and the staff is well aware of this; gently and very precisely they showed me all the dishes and suggested me a very interesting tasting:
Sulla riva del Garda, immerso tra la natura, troviamo un vecchio casolare all’apparenza come tanti altri, ma che in realtà ospita uno tra i migliori luoghi di ristoro della zona.
Il ristorante La Darsena è un locale dall’arredamento minimale ed elegante al tempo stesso e offre pietanze semplici e genuine; la cura del menù è affidata allo chef Matteo Felter, che ha saputo rivisitare in maniera egregia la cucina tipica del luogo senza però privarla della tradizione. La pasta infatti viene ancora fatta in casa e i condimenti sono spesso frutto delle coltivazioni del territorio, fattore che attribuisce ad ogni singolo piatto ancora più importanza.
Accoglienza e servizio sono importantissimi e lo staff del locale lo sa benissimo; con gentilezza ed estrema precisione espongono le pietanze proposte e mi indirizzano su una degustazione davvero molto interessante:
